An insouciant old gypsy named Bellawina, a patient older author named Achecas, and a vivacious zookeeper named Muffgurd dwelling in a shack close to a crumbling bridge insulted royalty to gain favor. It starts with a joust, then to an accusation, and ends with a discovery. A boisterous child student named Swarley and an insouciant youthful rat catcher named Manmon cause problems.
